Welcome to the official Bhrosa Token (BOS) Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Initial Coin Offering (ICO) and/or purchasing Bhrosa Tokens, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Overview of Bhrosa Tokens

Bhrosa Token (BOS) is a digital asset issued on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) following the BEP-20 standard. The total supply of BOS tokens is 1 billion. The ICO is an opportunity to purchase a portion of these tokens before they are available to the broader market.

3. ICO Details

• ICO Supply: 45,000 BOS tokens
• ICO Duration: 25 days from the effective date
• Start Date: September 11, 2024
• End Date: October 6, 2024
• Payment Method: All payments must be made in USDT (Tether). Other payment methods will not be accepted.

4. Token Distribution

• Total Supply: 1 billion BOS
• ICO Allocation: 45,000 BOS (5% of the total supply)
• Locked Tokens: 50% of the total supply will be locked until the blockchain launch.
• Staking and Community Allocation: 40% of the total supply.
• Management Team: 5% of the total supply.
• Promotional Activities: 5% of the total supply.

5. Participation

To participate in the ICO:

• Ensure you have a valid wallet that supports USDT and BEP-20 tokens.
• Provide accurate and complete information during the purchase process.
• Send USDT payments to the designated ICO address provided upon registration.

6. Token Allocation and Delivery

• Tokens will be allocated based on the amount of USDT received during the ICO period.
• Upon completion of the ICO, the tokens will be distributed to participants’ wallets within 30 days.

7. Use of Tokens

BOS tokens can be used for various purposes, including but not limited to:
